Mental Fitness Programs

For workplaces and sporting environments

In today’s dynamic work and sporting environments, where the challenges are as diverse as the individuals involved, prioritising mental well-being is a fundamental commitment. Our Mental fitness Program rises above the boundaries of traditional mental health initiatives, offering a transformative approach designed to create lasting impacts in both workplace and sporting settings.

Differential approach

Our commitment to fostering genuine connections sets our Mental Fitness Program apart. We believe in the power of a growth mindset, and this philosophy forms the bedrock of our program. Our Team

Brian

Brian Counsellor

I have a Bachelors Honours Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counselling. My practical blend of psychology expertise, cultural sensitivity, and extensive international business experience enriches my therapeutic approach. I have experience in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, career changes and other life transitions. I provide a safe space for working with both individuals and couples in developing their self-awareness, coping, resilience, and interpersonal skills to find happiness and fulfilment.

I use a Person-centred approach whilst also drawing on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focussed Therapy and Emotional Focussed Therapy. I am currently registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Kelly

I’m a PACFA-registered, qualified Counsellor with a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy with over 15 years of experience supporting people across diverse settings, including mental health, substance use and community contexts. Before becoming a Counsellor, I worked as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, which gave me a strong clinical foundation and shaped my ability to sit with complexity, emotion and vulnerability with steadiness, care, and respect. During a period of running my own business within the creative industries, I further deepened my appreciation for working with people across all stages of life, strengthening my passion for relational and person-centred work.

I have a particular interest in relationship counselling, supporting individuals and couples to navigate communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, life transitions, grief, emotional disconnection, burnout, and patterns that feel hard to shift. I aim to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

My therapeutic work is grounded in a person-centred philosophy and informed by integrative, holistic principles. I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and relationally attuned approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Informed by Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I also support couples to strengthen communication, deepen understanding and rebuild connection. I believe curiosity is a powerful catalyst for growth and gently encourage exploration of patterns and experiences with openness and self-understanding.

Compassion sits at the heart of my work. I understand that relationship challenges often reflect unmet needs, past experiences, and protective patterns. I am committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where you can explore your relationship at your own pace. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can be fully yourself while gaining clarity and awareness and feel supported.

Gyorgy (George)

I am a qualified counsellor with a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Southern Queensland, and I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). My professional journey began in engineering, and over the years I’ve also completed postgraduate studies in Marketing and Communication. I’ve been fortunate to work across a range of industries and live on three continents, which has given me valuable insight into different cultures, people, and ways of life.

My curiosity about human behaviour and what shapes our thoughts, emotions, and relationships has been a constant throughout my life. This passion led me to counselling, where I find great meaning in helping people better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

In my practice, I use an eclectic approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to suit the unique needs of each person I work with. These include elements of Rogerian Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My aim is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, gain new perspectives, and move towards positive, lasting change.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and connected with my community. I regularly play football, futsal, train at the gym, and take long walks — activities that help me maintain balance and wellbeing in my own life.

Melinda

I enjoy working collaboratively with couples and individuals to help them experience connection and reconnection – with themselves, others, their values, and their hope – in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

With over 20 years of experience as an allied health practitioner, I can selectively engage a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs and preferences.

When not at work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, outside enjoying nature and music, theatre, art – and anywhere there & great food!
My qualifications are Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), Master of Counselling (Psychotherapy), and Internship – Emotionally Focussed Therapy for Couples.
